Purchasing Assistant

Must be a BS Administration/ or Electrical Engineering graduate.- Must have at least 1 year of work experience related to the job position.- Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.- Develop delivery schedules, team coordination and drop shipment strategies.- Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage.- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.- Manage and oversee the movement and storage of materials inside the warehouse.- Oversee goods handling, material handling and inventory management process.- Organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.- Provide weekly relevant reports to the team lead.- Develop system to improve efficiency.- Monitor and ensure that the logistics SLAs and KPIs are met.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:- Fully Vaccinated.- Physically and Mentally fit.Ability to commute/relocate:- Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- purchasing: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
