PURCHASING ASSISTANTQUALIFICATION- Administration, Management, or equivalent.- Must have at least one (1) year background relevant experience.Hard Skills:- Advance computer skills.- Good communication skills, leadership, decision making, and advance- computer skills.- Personal Attributes: Accurate, organized, keen to details, efficient, quick follow through- Must be willing to work at Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City, NCR.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES KEY TASKS1. Process purchase requests.2. Purchase quality products and materials.3. Build relationships with supplier and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities, and delivery timescales.4. Ensure that operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality, delivery and ensure continuity of supplySchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
