**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Strong analytical skills- Sound research and networking skills- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition- Contact vendors to confirm purchase order details- Log all order receipts and confirmations- Ensure that purchases adhere to departmental budget- Review all purchasing contracts before submitting to management- Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company eventsSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay
