Job Description He/She must have a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
He/She must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience
He/She must have at least eight (8) hrs. of relevant training
He/She must have a Civil Service Professional eligibility

He/She must perform the following duties and responsibilities;
Plan and conduct public and media-related programs/projects/activities.
Design and develop various local information materials such as audio-visual materials,brochures, primers, etc.
Prepare/review major news releases, radio and TV scripts about PR activities.
Spearhead the conceptualization and conduct of corporate events which includes but?not limited to launching of programs/projects and the like.
Prepare various speeches as needed.
Provides technical assistance to the Division Chief primarily on the fiedl of Advertising and Promotions.
Performs other functions as may be required from time to time.
