You Are Great At: Being an expert in sales, negotiation, and communication both in the English and Filipino language. Prospecting leads provided to obtain crystal clear picture of what clients are looking for and why. Establishing unique relationships with potential buyers through empathy and rapport. Finding the perfect-fit options within the PropertyPro inventory. Going on client visits to the developments and closing the sale. Making sure you meet your sales targets and performance metrics. What It Takes:
At least 2 year of sales experience Excellent negotiation skills Mature, ambitious, and self-driven Excellent Relations Building Skills Holds a University degree Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), experience is a plus You have a strong interest in e-commerce companies and start-ups You are persuasive and customer centrist You are a mature negotiating partner You have a good command of English language, as well as being fluent in Filipino. Being skilled in PowerPoint is a plus You have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target Experienced with CRM software Job Description:
As a Client Relations Officer, you are the star sales person who has experience with pitching on call and closing deals in person. You are responsible to follow our client's lead through the entire sales funnel from inquiry to closing the deal by serving as a liaison to property sellers and seekers.
You provide guidance and ensure all preferences are met while finding the best matched property for the seekers.
