**Property Specialist Responsibilities**- Promotes AHRDC properties through booth-manning, advertisements, and other effective strategies- Provides site tour for ocular visits- Sources potential clients and provides excellent customer service- Develops and maintains a client database- Prepares and facilitates effective client presentation- Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book the sale- Achieves monthly sales goals**Property Specialist Qualifications**- Graduate or Completed at least 2 years in college- Preferably has sales experience- Preferably has ideas in digital marketing- Good communication skills- Pleasant personality- Good negotiation skillsSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
