Property Manager

Job Description:
**This role is located in an estate development in Cavite by the developer of the project.**


The Property Manager will supervise, systematise, monitor, and coordinate grounds maintenance, security, housekeeping, and billing needs of the Homeowner's Association.


Lead the maintenance of landscape, common areas, common services Implement operating checklists, monitoring & evaluation of the maintenance and security teams Enforcing rules, regulations and the deed of restrictions of the estate and village Crisis management and homeowner relations Participate in billings and collections activities to sustain the homeowner's association Minimum Qualifications:
Leadership and supervision experience Ability to implement and establish operational protocols for teams Willingness to learn about property maintenance and management (maintenance of all common-use structures and services, landscaping, trash removal & waste management) Capacity to enforce village rules and regulations, as well as the deed of restrictions Must be able to build rapport and relations with homeowners Exposure and has a level of comfort with crisis management and problem-solving Must be agile and able to work independently Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication skills
