Company Description REVA Academy Philippines is a newly established training academy founded in July 2023. Role Description This is a full-time position for a Property Manager. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations. The Property Manager will also be involved in leasing activities, including negotiating leases, preparing lease documents, and screening prospective tenants. This is a remote position.
Qualifications Guest response time in less than 10 minutes, Knows how to follow escalation procedures for any measures put in place by management Responsible for their KPIS and tracking measures like response rate Super host status, and revenue and occupancy targets Must have atleast 1 year experience supporting US clients.
