Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive applications from prospective clients and verify if requirements are complete
Communicate with tenancy applicants and provided references
Screen prospective tenants in databases
Follow up on tenants with arrears
Produce and issue notices of breach
Schedule routine inspections
Receive repair and maintenance requests
Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or suppliers
Identify tenants with approaching end of contract
Produce and issue lease renewals
Database clean up by merging bios or deleting duplicates
Ensure communications are all responded to within a timely manner
Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
Manage multiple software applications
Assist in inspection management
Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience with PropertyMe software (for at least one year)
Skilled in Microsoft Office and previous CRM management experience
Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively
Know when to have fun but are aware when to become professional and appropriate
Able to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
Able to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements
A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
Honest, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
