- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. - Organizing, attending and participating in client and other related meetings. - Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. - Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. - Ensuring project deadlines are met. - Determining project changes. - Providing administrative support as needed. - Undertaking project tasks as required. - Developing project strategies - Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. - Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. - Ensure clients' views are managed towards the best solution. - Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members - Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objectives. - Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained. - Prepare take off and other visual presentations (e.g 3D) for marketing. - Conduct site measurement/inspection. - Perform other duties to meet the current needs of the company. - We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.- Proficient in Autocad , sketch Up with Vray, Photoshop- At least have 2 years proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.- Detail-oriented and highly organized.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity.
