Project Specialist

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility- Ensures that the output of the team presented to the client maintains a quality standard- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress- Liaises with the Account Manager with regard to the client requirement brief- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with production teams- Coordinates with the clients from the start of the project to sign-off- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, if applicableEducation: Business Administration/Marketing/Information Technology/Computer Science, or any related coursesExperience:* At least 2 years working experience in similar industrySkills:· Project Management SkillsLeadership skillsOthers:· Self-motivated, pro-active, creative, and analyticalSystematic, organized and detail-oriented
