Project Manager (Via Verde Padre Garcia Batangas)

Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project- Prepare a master schedule and In-charge of budget estimating for the project- Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan- Overall, in charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the- project; Manages project performance with regards to quality, schedule, innovation, cost- control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies, maintain customer requirements and expectations.- Organize his team of technical and administrative staff.- Supervise General contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors and ensure- these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives.- Provide solutions to on-site concerns and issues and make a good decisions.- Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost.- Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site- Prepares and submits reports periodically and on time.- Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently.- Formulate and Implement site rules and regulations.**Qulification**- Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect- With at least 4 years of experience in the related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
