Project Associate

**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year work experience in project management / business analysis with software development projects, or relevant combination of education and experience- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage- Preferably familiar with Agile ALM and SDLC tools (JIRA)**Know How/Skills**:- Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)- Keen with details and can follow complex procedures- Good presentation skills- Fast learner, inquisitive, diligent, focused, and reliable- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (_temporary wfh set-up_)- Must be willing to work in a small/start-up company**Responsibilities**:- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and limitation- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans that details key project milestones and activities- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team- Set up and implement strategy for successful completion of new and on-going projects to be delivered on time and within budget and scope - Assist the team in facilitating and creating comprehensive onboarding process, training sessions, demos and materials- Responsible for the overall client relationship during the entirety of the implementation and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations- Coordinate with business analysts and/or developers to assess feasibility of change and establish solution- Initiate process improvement activities in the company**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Remote recruitment process & temporary WFH set-up for employees**Experience**:- Agile Methodology: 1 year (preferred)- IT Industry: 1 year (preferred)- Project Management: 1 year (required)
