Project Manager

Qualification:Good understanding in the legal environment for each project and it’s Team.Can contribute to market analysis with regards construction cost.Can identify minimum project requirements called out in the Brief.Degree in a relevant project related discipline or a related field.Willing to work in Tagaytay.Job Description:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Professional License ( PassedBoard/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent.At Least 10 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering- Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.With at least 3 vertical project development cycles completed in mid rise or high rise construction.Proven Experience and in depth understanding of Project Management Principles and Application.Knowledge and experience in Contracts Management.Outstanding Communication and Negotiation
