The role is responsible in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery while maintaining the trust of both our internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to Project Management Lead of Professional Services, the Senior Project Manager is primarily accountable for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery in adherence to service level agreements with both our internal and external customers by providing direction/guidance to team members in driving high performance.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Effectively partner with the Project Sponsor/Owner to formulate tactical and strategic plans to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements with the business unit.
• Effectively works with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to manage daily operations on the team.
• Provide support/feedback to the Product Owner with regards to execution of sprint deliverables.
• Discuss Business Unit feedback on a real-time, daily, weekly, and monthly basis with the team. Applies best practices in coaching for quality daily.
• Responsible for Governance, Reports, and Continual Service Improvement.
• Ensure compliance to work process standards and guidelines.
• Take on complex new tasks; establish, document and then transfer/train other team members to support as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Information Technology; with experience in Application Management and Support in the Financial Services Industries
• Background on managing 1-2 simultaneous project from project initiation to closure
•Has experience in the 9 methodologies of PM work particularly integration management, cost management, risk management and communications management
•Able to design a project charter with strong business case presentation
• Preferably with experience in process improvement and automations
• ITIL Intermediate Certifications and Project Management methods (Agile, SAFE, Waterfall, PRINCE2) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation, & negotiation; ability to adapt content to various audiences; communicates effectively at all organization levels.

• Security Risk Management Operations
• Business Intelligence
