Project Manager

The Role You will be responsible for: Ensure that the project is delivered within the agreed scope and approved schedule and budget. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM processes and tools. Comply with established project methodology and approach. Communicate project status, progress, and issues/risks for escalation to the stakeholders. Monitoring and resolution of project issues and mitigation of risks Manages the project team members, ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the various phases of the project. Lead and coach project team members in technical/non-technical aspects to ensure that they can complete project tasks and deliverables. Determine metrics to properly reflect progress and on-time monitoring of the project. Share expertise with other PMs and members when needed. Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Ideal Profile Requirements: A degree in business, administration, or a related field is required. Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle. Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs. Experience with stakeholder and financial management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. What's on Offer?
