Project Manager

**Qualifications**:- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Project Manager.- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any business, management, and/or IT-related course (i.e. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems).- A certification in project management (PMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master) is great but not required.- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.- Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology.- Knowledge and experience in using project management software and tools.- Outstanding grasp of design and IT concepts, processes, and web standards.- Problem-solving and business analytical skills.- You will create detailed project management plans and other related project documents.- You will identify and create a high-level scope of work, estimates, project schedule, milestones, and deadlines.- You'll need to track and report project performance and results using appropriate KPIs.- You will set the project direction as well as manage risks and issues with effective solutions.- Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain our standards.- You will handle coordination between all contributing teams to ensure the success of the project.- You're also responsible for organizing and participating in meetings with clients or team members.- You will ensure compliance with client requirements and overall customer satisfaction.- You will document business requirements and translate them into materials that can be understood by all users.- You'll contribute to the development of the company, its processes, and its projects.- You will align the company's general business targets with the project's objectives and outcomes.- Lastly, you will also perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Employee stock ownership plan- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:We are in Work-From-Home Setup.**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
