Project Manager

**1.What will be your role**Clean Fuel is looking for ENGINEERING MANAGER who will:- Direct and assess the daily operations of Cleanfuel' s Engineering Team- Plan and supervise a COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF CLEANFUEL REFILLNG STATION (Civil, Electrical, Sanitary, and Mechanical Works) from start to finish- Oversee Cleanfuels' both Mechanical and General Maintenance Team ensuring that all maintenance works shall be administered without any delays nor backlogs- Oversee Mechanical Construction works that includes project implementation and coordination with General Contractor and/ or with Mechanical Contractors and Engineers- Coordinate, assess and oversee all third-party Specialty Contractors (Signage, Glass Works, Airconditioning, etc)- Oversee /coordinate with Cleanfuels' Leasing Department on Rentable Units Concerns.**2. What you bring to the table**- Possess a degree in Engineering- Board passer (Civil, Architecture.Mechanical)- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent project management skills**3. Must haves**- Proficiency in all construction methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork and leadership abilities- With proven experience of five years (5) as Engineering head/manager**4.
