Project Manager

Key Responsibilities/Duties- Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders- Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees- Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished- Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors- Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions- Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfillment- Prepare processes as well as manage analysis, selection and transition- Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes- Maintaining project timelines, budget estimates and status reports- Managing a team of project engineers who manage vendors- Use of project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence- Organizing meetings to discuss project, progress, deviations and next plan of action- Performs other duties as assignedDetailed Work Activities:- Will be in-charged on collating all the reports from the project engineers and use these reports in communicating to stake holders- Shall do a weekly update reporting to key stake holders focusing on the new and completed projects, weekly accomplishment, look ahead schedule and accomplishment projection- Ensure that Project SLA are met and any deviations are reported or are resolved efficiently- Identify process issues and formulate process improvement. Shall be tasked to monitor improvements and provide metrics based on analytics- Provide monthly reports to the management and organization regarding team performance- Shall provide team member evaluations based on key performance index**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
