Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved / Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of programs within a significant area of responsibility, using an appropriate program and project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved**On project basis responsible for**:Creation and monitoring of project plan to drive execution certaintyManaging of timelines and dependenciesManaging alignment across HR projects and GHR portfolio by leading / participating in project management meetingsPrepare and facilitate project management meetings**Stakeholder management**: plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships**Risk management**: creation and maintenance of risk log, monitoring of risks and proposal of mitigating actions**Budget and procurement**: proactively managing project costs, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narrativeEnsure compliancy to ING standards through monitoring of and reporting on progress to HRMT, SteerCo, Global Transformation Office (GTO)Prepare project management materials (status reports, SteerCo materials, Country alignment updates, Quarterly Business Review updates)Ensuring SNOW (ServiceNow) is being maintained for the projects (finances, milestones, PSRs, etc)The role reports to the Team Lead GHR Projects.
