Project Manager Data Center

The Project Manager – Data Center overall responsibility is to lead and oversee theexecution of each stage of a project and drive the team to achieve project goal and ensureit is delivered within time frame and budget.Job Responsibilities:1. Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in order to ensure thedelivery feasibility during pre-sales phase.2. Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, andquality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.3. Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, andbe responsible for the result of project profitability4. Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keepproper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction5. Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer,mentoring, workshop and etc.Preferred qualifications:• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering orequivalent• At least 10 years project management experience in project delivery experience in Data Center orrelevant Facility MEP Construction• Must be familiar with Data Center Facility system including but not limited to Electrical System,Cooling system, Security System, Fire Protection System, Building Management System, etc.• Be familiar with Project Management Skills, including but not limited to Integrated Management,Progress Management, Quality Management, Procurement Management, Cost Management, etc.• Candidate must understand the Philippine's local construction regulations, including but notlimited to work permit.• Excellent skills in Microsoft Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Primavera or other relatedproject management tools.• PMP certificate or relevant project management certification is a plus.• Excellent verbal and written skill of communication in English.
