Project Manager (Cctv)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Monitor and controls project teams to implement directives.- Facilitates meetings and build positive relationship with clients and the management.- Analyze clients overall goals and their current progress for strengths and areas that needs improvement.- Contributes specialized skills and knowledge in making the best possible decisions and leads in executing projects from planning to completion.- Lead and monitors projects to its success and maintain the project objective through effective management skills.- Provide strategic advice to achieve goals and to be able identify and manage project risks and develop solutions.- Performs other duties as assigned.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Electrical, Communications Engineer or a related fieldKnowledgeable and experienced in technical and electrical operations and project managementWith good communication and negotiation skillsWith strong planning and organizational skillsExtensive leadership experience**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Caloocan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
