Project Manager

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in project management.
Preferably with experience and expertise in handling / managing bridge projects; road slips; structural retrofitting projects ; mid rise to high rise buildings
Required Skill(s): project management, planning and organization, leadership, computer proficiency, good communication skills both oral and written
Accreditation as PICE Specialist for Construction Management and Engineering, and/or DPWH accreditation as Project Engineer, an advantage
Willing to be assigned in Quirino Province ; Baguio, Benguet.or any provincial sites.
Will lead in the planning and execution of projects in accordance with the established schedule and budget
Responsible for the quality, cost and schedule of the project
Will lead and coordinate with the project team as well as with the third pary i.e subcontractors, consultants, in order to facilitate delivery of the project according to plan
Manages project scope, identifies potential problems and proposes contingency plans
Ensures that the project is covered with proper documentation from planning up to project close out.
