Project Management Officer

Job Purpose: To implement activities set forth in strategic directions and/or ICT road map and ensure support and assistance to internal and external customers are consistent, timely and resolved. Ensure complete documentation of IBS, equipment, outdoor antenna installed inside SM buildings, including affiliates – SMDC, SMX, hotels.
Responsibilities: Recommend approval of IBS Design and Mall Wi-Fi Set kick off meeting with EDD construction, telco and mall operations prior to mobilization Conduct site inspection to ensure dependencies are identified and settled and activities set are within timelines Ensure that signal for mobile and Wi-Fi and telephones are activated 30 days prior to opening Ensure that telco rooms, CEF and permanent power are constructed and provided Conduct regular monitoring of mall Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile signal Elevate complaints of weak signal, dead spot areas, telephone service disruption in operating malls and secure solutions Assist new malls for tenants' telephone and broadband installations Simplify complex segments of telco installations Prepares and submit operations report Prepares and submit steer communication reports Prepares and submit for approval annual budget Mall Wi-Fi contract preparation and submission - provider, mall operations and EDD Ensure that telecommunications infrastructure is within ICT guideline Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Telecommunications or relevant field Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer Amenable to work in Pasay City Willing to travel
