Job Description: Design initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem solving to improve process gaps Work with functional stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement and transformation Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues Monitoring and safekeeping of team's SOPs Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization and present any findings Requirements: 1-2 years total work experience in project management (e.g consulting industry) Knowledge of general business processes and organizational frameworks, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English
