JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensures the project is managed within schedule and budget, while implementing the safety, quality,
and environment standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages site team in implementing project systems and methods.
2. Ensures target schedules, cost savings, quality and safe standards are implemented and
executed.
3. Ensures the accuracy of the quantified and encoded accomplishments of the work force while
closely monitoring cost and schedule
4. Implements construction operations quality standards and safety policies and procedures.
5. To be able to relate in managing clients’ expectations
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Licensed Civil Engineer
2. Five (5) year construction implementation experience
3. Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
