In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in determining project costs, timelines, and resource needs, focusing on fit-out and auxiliary systems. Cost Estimation and Analysis:- Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and plans to develop comprehensive cost estimates for fit-out and auxiliary systems.- Utilize mathematical and statistical methods to evaluate factors influencing production costs, including labor, materials, and potential setbacks.- Prepare detailed material and labor estimates, considering vendor quotes and market trends to ensure accuracy.- Conduct thorough cost analyses and present findings to project leaders and stakeholders for informed decision-making.? ?2. Vendor Management and Procurement:- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to obtain competitive bids and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.- Manage the bidding process, including evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and selecting vendors based on project requirements and budget constraints.- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize purchasing strategies and minimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.? ?3. Project Planning and Coordination:- Work closely with project leaders, consultants, and operational personnel to understand project objectives and constraints.- Participate in project meetings to discuss cost projections, risks, and budgetary needs, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.- Continuously monitor project progress and reevaluate cost estimates as needed, adapting to changing environmental factors or budgetary constraints.? ?4.
