We are looking for talented and skilled Project Directors to join our Company.
The Project Director has responsibility of all related project activities and establishing a course of action within limits of company practices and guidelines. The Project Director performs the essential job duties and functions as listed below to deliver the project to the baseline that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timelines and Fluor profitability. The Project Director leads medium to large sized projects including engineering, procurement and construction Preferred Qualifications . Accredited degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
. Chartered Engineering Status CEng is preferred
. Significant experience of project management experience in the EPCM industry
. Successful performance as Project Director on large to very large sized EPCM projects
. Flexible and willingness to travel to project sites
. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
. Proven evidence in working effectively with the Client, project team members, management, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
. Experience with Scrum, Lean, Agile Methodologies or willingness to learn in practice
