Project Director

URGENT HIRING!
We are currently looking for a Project Director who will oversee all the construction projects. He/She will be responsible for coordinating with multiple project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects Proven track record of successfully managing large0scale construction projects, preferably in office fit-outs and technology-driven environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and project management principles Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of all construction projects from inception to completion Supervise and coordinate the efforts of multiple project managers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across projects Develop and implement project strategies that align with company goals and client need Oversee the financial aspect of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government authorities Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges Implement best practices in project management and continuous improvement initiatives Lead, motivate, and develop project management team to achieve excellence and career growth Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
