Project Coordinator Role (Work From Home)

Working hours are 9-10 hours/day in Asian timezone, European timezone, or American timezone (there is some flexibility on this)- Role is 100% remote- This is a fast-paced, communication-intense role with a clear focus on effectiveness and revenue generation.- The individual will (over time but not immediately), manage a team of 25 team members.- Training newjoiners- Performance management of newjoiners- Hold meetings throughout the day with team members to guide their work- Report directly to the CEO on projects as well as group performance**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of working experience in sales, business development, customer support, or recruitment ideally- Experience in cold calling or sales function ideally- Experience in managing a team (conducting training, performance management, onboarding, hiring/terminations ideally)**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Flexible shift**Language**:- English (preferred)
