Project Coordinator

Manage and maintain good relationship with BOC Officers and stakeholders- Provide direction and supervision of the supervisors/team lead in-charge- Review and finalize roster of armers and disarmers assigned to each location- Manage risk and problems encounter in his/her area of jurisdiction- Manage resource requirements such as personnel, vehicle, equipment, company issued assets (cellphone, devices, tools)- Issue incident report and serve Notice to Explain (NTE) to employees with violation- Conduct regular meeting with the staff- Implement company policies and strictly enforce code of conduct- Ensure that all incoming containers (imports) are properly disarmed in coordination with supervisors- Ensure that all outgoing containers (export) are properly armed in coordination with supervisors- Ensure that all GPS devices are properly maintained follow the Daily Operation Checklist- Request for additional devices deemed necessary to service all bookings- Immediately report all alerts to immediate supervisor- All other task that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor**Salary**: From Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Anniversary bonus- Bonus pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Subic, Olongapo, Zambales: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Shift availability:- Night Shift (preferred)- Day Shift (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
