Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Review contracts and sales price offer; Monitor assigned commercial accounts and provide project construction timeline, catch up plans, facilitate Project kickoffs with stakeholders; Implement results and collect project revenues; Conduct fieldwork and customer-facing tasks as needed; Perform other tasks relevant to order fulfillment; Coordinate and provide efficient, cost-effective strategies for the fulfillment of commercial accounts; Ensure all processes are aligned with existing company policies and government regulations; Analyze data and identify red flags and make recommendations to Senior Managers; Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to gain insight and direction. Minimum Qualifications:
Has a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant business course At least 2 years in Sales or Sales Coordinator; Has knowledge in the power industry (generation, distributions, and sales); Knowledge in construction processes, revenue collection; Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study, and process balancing; Ability to interface with program management, sales, customer, and functional leads; Provide daily direction and guidance to junior associates and management; Advanced experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
