Project Coordinator

**Qualifications**:- **Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect**:- **With at least 1-2 years of experience in fit out work (Kitchen/Commercial)**- Able to understand Architectural, Structural and MEPFS plans- Willing to travel within GMM & MM area- Able to evaluate bids- Willing to work onsite - Pasig- Can start ASAP- Provide estimate/BOQ on minor repair worksAble to communicate to stakeholders all issues, concerns and hold point of the project- QA/QC of all materials and works by contractor- Support Merchant in their fit out works- On the ground monitoring of construction work including repairs of existing stores and new store construction- Monitors and documents progress of projects- Preparation of construction Gantt Chart and identifying Critical Path Method.- Implements and monitors project schedule and targets**Salary**: Up to Php35,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Commercial fit out work: 1 year (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
