PROJECT COORDINATOR Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilitiesManage relationships with contractors and service providersHiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance workTrack expenses and oversee the budget maintain clear and accurate operations for maintenanceLead renovation and construction projectsPreparation and dissemination of monthly repair and maintenance calendarSupervision of third party contractors during installations,repair & maintenanceInspection and maintenance of building systems.Participation and coordination in all construction projects and renovationSupervision and training of maintenance staffCreate and implement repair maintenance proceduresPeriodic inspection of facilities, assets, and equipmentDraft all Project and Facilities maintenance reportsHiring and firing maintenance staffDevelop construction projects and facilities estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, Imported Seasoning shipment, and costs.
