QUALIFICATIONS*Graduate as Bachelor's Degree *With 2years experience is a preference*Knowledge and competency in project coordinator principles.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.*Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management*Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve*Analyze risks and opportunities*Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise*Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants*Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures*Other duties may be assigned on as needed basis..*Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management*Ability to maintain confidentiality essential.*Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
