Project Coordinator

Job Description:•Drafting and detailing works using AutoCAD.•BIM modelling and documentation using Revit.•BIM model coordination with other discipline and consultant.•Preparation of BIM Execution Plan (BEP) as per project requirement.•Quality Assurance and Audit.•Responsible in overall coordination of the project.•Responsible for preparation of work program, management of deliverable and submissions of the team. •Assist and monitor man-hour efficiency.•Initiation of process improvement for production. •Facilitate up-skill trainings for production, coaching and performance evaluation for Team Leaders and member. •Facilitate discussion on design interpretation and analysis for Team Leaders and members.•Work Distribution and Manpower Allocation of the project.•Attend scheduled office meetings and audio/video conference with clients if necessary.•Support Project Managers in overall project management and delivery.•Preparation of LOD and provide project assessment when necessary. •Comply with tasks assigned by Project Manager from time to time.
