Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator-keeping track of and maintaining project timetables, work schedules, budgets, and expenses.arranging, going to, and taking part in stakeholder gatherings.-keeping track of significant choices and activities that were made during meetings.-maintaining project deadlines.-Provide assistance with administration as required.-completing duties for projects as needed.-ensuring that frameworks are followed and that each project's documentation is kept up to date.-Analyze project risks and problems, and when appropriate, offer solutions.
