Project Compliance Associate

Position Summary Responsible for ensuring that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, monitoring project processes, conduct audits, and implement measures to maintain the highest standards of compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in pre-law, Engineering, or Business course (preferred) At least 3 years of experience in compliance or project compliance in a related industry such as: Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial Plant construction At least 3 years of experience either in project management or project coordination Functional Competencies Effective communication Emotional Intelligence Manage Stress and Conflicts Leading Innovation and Change Building partnership and Networking Technical Competencies Contracting process Working on large documents with large volumes of information Review and structuring contract terms and conditions. Legal and regulatory process/requirements acumen Please note that this is a fixed-term role initially for 12 months. Extension of employment period is a sole discretion of the company, subject to the individual's approval.
