This is a remote position.
The Project Compliance Admin is responsible for ensuring the adherence of all contractors to regulatory compliance standards. This includes conducting regular audits of compliance documentation to verify currency and validity as well as facilitating the processing of contractor staff to ensure their suitability for assigned tasks. Additionally the Project Compliance Admin assists contractors in ensuring that their personnel are adequately trained and competent prior to project commencement.
Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of contractor compliance documentation to ensure currency and validity.
Process contractor staff to verify their compliance for assigned tasks providing support and guidance as needed.
Assist contractors in ensuring that all workers are adequately trained and competent before project commencement.
Manage daytoday contractor operations through our compliance management system Rapid. Prequalify new contractors and issue induction keys as necessary to grant access to our systems and facilities.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Provide assistance to contractors with onboarding requirements offering guidance and support throughout the process.
Support general administration tasks including maintaining system platforms and registers with accuracy and completeness.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in contractor/vendor management and compliance administration.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience using the Rapid Global compliance system and familiarity with quality assurance/safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent phone manners and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
