Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Plan, lead, direct operation activities on the shift and give appropriate feedback to the direct superior.- Build teams and assign team leads for accountability in coordination with the direct superior.- Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety.- Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with FSSC Standard.- Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate (SHE, FSSC, ISO, FDA, HACCP, Etc.)- Responsible for all processes on the shift.- Plan, delegate, and monitor progress on work assignments and special projects.- Manage the efficiency of waste.- Ensure time and quality are managed accordingly.- Utilize new technology and Lean manufacturing principles and processes available to maximize efficiency.- Identify cost cutting measures.Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.- Experience may substitute for education depending on the level of experience- Proven understanding of production, operations, and manufacturing requirements.- Ability to manage and develop employees.- Working experience with equipment and maintenance.- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.- Proven time management skills.- Must be available to be assigned to varying shifts.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php21,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 10 hour shift- Early shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Production Supervisor: 1 year (required)
