Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORGraduate of any Engineering course.At least 3 years of relevant experience with production section or MLCC process experience.Knowledgeable in Microsoft functions such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Word.With good communication, problem-solving, leadership, and supervisory skills.Communicates and allocates certified manpower on required and reco recovery machines daily.Escalates, investigates, and resolves nonconformities on the process of responsibility.Monitors and improves the current condition of material and machine efficiency in order to support cost-down activities and contribute to the achievement of target profit and loss.Prepares, executes and monitors item transfer activities.Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan Batangas.BENEFITS:FREE MEDICALFREE SHUTTLEFREE UNIFORMFOR DIRECT HIRE
