**KITCHEN STAFF - BAKER (BOH)****Qualifications**:- At least High School level- Must be creative, flexible, hardworking and can do multi-task- Customer service oriented- Open to Flexible Schedule (week end, holidays), and long working hours**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Mixes, kneads and shapes dough for bread- Cuts dough into uniform portion- Places pans of dough into oven to bake- Removes baked products from oven- Cleans bakery utensils, equipment and work area as needed- Performs other duties in the kitchen as maybe prescribed- Secures confidential information and documents**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Language**:- English (preferred)
