PRODUCTION SECTION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIESLead the group in achieving the objective in productivity, yield, quality, delivery, inventory and cost through optimum utilization of resources and effective coordination with support groupHas high ethical standard to maintain line discipline in terms of work values, 5S and safety practicesProvide Leadership support to Production Supervisors and Line Leaders for the accomplishment of assigned tasks & objectivesEnsure output meets the quality standardsFollow-through the activities in Production to achieve the Key Performance IndicesEnsure an effectivecommunication to all Support Groups to sustain a highly motivated workforce through teamwork and disciplineQUALIFICATIONSWith a degree in engineering preferably Industrial/Electronics and other relevant fieldsMust have at least 5 years experience as a Production Manager or Senior Supervisor position in a multi-national Manufacturing environment of similar or related industryProven leadership and management skillsExcellent knowledge in high volume manufacturing conceptsProficient on both oral and written communicationProactive and results orientedExcellent analytical ability
