Job Description:
Production planner and inventory control supervisor provides assistance to the manufacturing Coordinate with department heads to align corporate with departmental objectives and ascertain requirements. Take charge in production planning by preparing budgets to meet forecast / output targets as well as estimate production costs and conduct production control measures for successful implementation of plans. Oversee production workflow, plant and safety procedures, and perform analysis of the manufacturing process to determine possible points of efficiency improvements (plant layout, manpower utilization, etc.) and potential alternative practices. Concern with quality control to ensure that promptitude does not sacrifice the output standards of the company, food industry, and government agencies. Forefront in resolving production issues, scheduling and approving maintenance works, purchasing of equipment, and other related issues of the manufacturing department. Appraising work performance of production crew based on measurement techniques. Do periodic reporting to executive committee. Minimum Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Production Manager or Food Production Supervisor. In-depth knowledge in production management, budgeting and inventory concepts, and performance evaluation. Sound understanding of quality standards and extensive knowledge of the country’s health & safety regulations. Experienced in Profit & Loss management and reporting for manufacturing. Strong analytical skills, has great attention to detail, and outstanding in communicating with various personalities. Result oriented and is a quick yet insightful decision maker. BA or BS in Business Administration, Food Science, Industrial Engineer or a related field. URGENT HIRING!
