DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee the production process - Ensures that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines
- Ensures production is aligned with the daily production plan
- Works with department heads to uphold and implement policies & goals
- Ensures health & safety guidelines are followed
- Supervises and motivates a team of workers
- Reports any possible tampering to immediate superior
- Reports food safety issues to higher management
- Foresees potential issues
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
