Production Manager

Job Description:
Act as the Program Director of all programs and shows Assist MICE Head in estimating and negotiating budgets with suppliers and clients Direct, plan, organize, control, and evaluate all production activities as required by the MICE Head and/or clients Bring together the complex pieces of a production - emcee, performers, staff, costumes, set-up, logistics — into a unified whole Coordinate production requirements with other departments Ensure the efficient use of labor, equipment, materials to achieve production targets Establish guidelines and mechanics for effective production and communication between different teams, to increase productivity and quality of services to meet the client’s needs and expectations Ensure to deliver quality service and ensure that budgets and timelines are met Lead the production team in such a manner that they are motivated, satisfied, and effective team members committed to achieving the standards and goals of the production team and the company as a whole Make recommendations and review modifications in procedures, work instructions, and other production related tasks for continuous improvement of production-related activities Create and establish connections with talents such as but not limited to models, hosts, emcees, voice-overs, usherettes, bands, singers, dancers, DJs, etc. Create and establish a pool of technical suppliers of stage, sounds, lights, photographers, videographers, editors, technical directors, spinners, scriptwriters, etc. May be assigned other related tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Can work well with a team; Can work on extended hours should the need arise; Has excellent leadership skills
