Production Manager (Plastic Compounding, Extrusion and Injection Manufacturing) Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Work Location: ROYU, One FELCO North, Calumpit, Bulacan Reporting to the General Manager - Manufacturing, the Production Manager oversees the efficient and effective operation of the production department, meeting quality, delivery, and project timeline targets while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. 
Key responsibilities: Effectively manages team members to optimize their productivity and engagement, including the areas of capacity planning, resource management, performance management, development and coaching, and team culture management Manages the day-to-day allocation of production schedule, labor, equipment, and materials, optimizing resource utilization while controlling costs, complying to quality standards and ensuring that production and quality targets are achieved Ensures that production processes comply with relevant industry regulations and standards including environmental regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and quality certifications Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the production process, including identifying areas for enhancement, implementing process improvements, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, professional license preferred At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience, three (3) years in a managerial capacity, ideally from a PVC plastic manufacturing environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to translate organizational goals into KPIs, provide clear direction, foster teamwork, and inspire a team to achieve production goals Background in lean manufacturing, process optimization, waste reduction, and quality control methodologies Willing to be work in Calumpit, Bulacan 5-day work week Your application will include the following questions: Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment background check?
