Production Manager

Theposition is responsible for planning, organizing and controlproduction processes
by ensuring thatgoods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and shall
havecommandresponsibility over each section with respect to Productivity, Quality,
MachineUptime, Inventory, Costs including On-line & Off-line Documentation
requirements.
JobQualifications: ·Collegedegree in business administration or its equivalent.
·Industryrelevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5 years.
·Knowledgeand experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
·Knowledgeof business and management principles and practices.
·Knowledgeof financial and accounting principles and practices.
·Knowledgeof human resource principles and practices.
·Knowledgeof project management principles and practices.
·Physicallyand mentally fit preferably assertive, pro-active, open minded, with goodcommunication skills and can work with less supervision.
·Knowledgeof quality systems and standards Experience in an ISO certified company.
·Knowledgeablewith Health, Sanitation, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
