Production Manager

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Minimum of 3 years working experience is required for this position.
With at least 1 year valid passport
Strong interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly provide work direction, communicate with support staff and present recommendations and ideas
Ability to build, coach and motivate personnel, while holding employees accountable for results
