We are looking for an experienced Production Manager(s) who will be responsible for managing, organizing, and overseeing the commissary and production of our Food and Beverage products. He/ She will also be responsible for the smooth running, efficient, and productive manufacturing process of all production lines and the quality of output.

Job requirements: Proven experience as a Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager, or similar role in a food manufacturing industry Graduate of any engineering course Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts Excellent organizational and leaderships skills Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Duties & Responsibilities: Planning Plan the daily production schedule according to the orders received Count the inventories of the necessary ingredients and supplies to be used by production Update organizational chart and coordinates with HR regarding the manpower requirements Assess projects and resources requirements Leading Rally the team to an effective and efficient performance of the work force so as to minimize absences, tardiness and overtime Train and orient all production personnel regarding the process requirements and company policies Develop a good preventive maintenance system for all production tools and equipment Coordinate with other departments on the business operations regarding product orders, opening of outlets and customer complaints Controlling Monitor performance of the team regarding output and quality of the products Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and timeframes of projects with the management Record the critical attributes and parameters of the products whether finished or in-process Knowledgeable and familiar with the various requirements of certifications such as HACCP, ISO, FDA, Food Safety and Hygiene, etc. Ability work across teams Team Management Problem Solving Communication Skills Proficient Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel
